Find a place you would like to post a picture. At the top of the reply box is an icon that has a picture and a disk in it, click on it. It will open up another window for you to upload your image in. Go to the Browse tab to access pictures on your computer. Once you find a picture, double click on it to paste the picture into the browser and click on the Host It tab.
